Can I use Tacite in an air-gapped environment?
Yes! Our Enterprise plan supports fully air-gapped deployments. Tacite can run entirely offline with no internet connectivity required after initial setup.
What file formats are supported?
Tacite supports PDFs, Word documents, text files, images (with OCR), code files, CSV/Excel, and more. We're constantly adding support for additional formats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the Researcher tier is free during our beta period. Team plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access.
How does billing work?
Team plans are billed monthly or annually (with a 20% discount for annual). Enterprise plans are customized based on your organization's needs.
